Adult Basic Education
Adult Basic Education (ABE) classes are for those who are working toward an Adult High School Credit Diploma or a General Educational Development (GED®). These classes can help improve basic reading, writing, and math skills. Students may prepare for job advancement, vocational training programs, or high school completion classes, as well as develop greater self-confidence and personal satisfaction.

What you will get in an ABE class:
-
Basic reading, writing, and/or math instruction for those adults who need a refresher before working in a high school completion program
-
Instruction is based on individual student needs and is a combination of online and teacher-directed activities
-
Academic and career counseling is included in the program
