Keynote Speaker
Rachel Riggs taught as a volunteer ESL teacher before earning her Master of Arts, TESOL from The New School in 2018. She began teaching professionally and served as an ESL Instructional Specialist in Maryland. Now, in her role at World Education, she provides technical assistance and professional development to adult education programs across the country, building the field's capacity to integrate technology effectively and equitably. She leads COABE's Digital Literacy and Technology strand, runs EdTech Maker Spaces through CrowdED Learning, and is spearheading World Education's AI for Learning and Work initiative.
