Internationally Trained Professionals

Internationally Trained Professionals (ITPs) are individuals who completed their education, professional training, or obtained credentials outside of the United States and are seeking to apply their knowledge, skills, and experience within the U.S. workforce.

Many ITPs bring valuable expertise in fields such as healthcare, engineering, education, technology, business, and skilled trades. However, they may face barriers when transitioning to the U.S. workforce, including differences in credential recognition, licensing requirements, workplace culture, and English language communication.
